Roland attends continuing education on a wide range of flooring topics regularly and embraces new techniques and trends to improve what he offers clients. He holds many different manufacturers and hardwood flooring certifications. Roland Arjukese was born and raised in Estonia. He showed an interest in wood, taking wood working classes at a very early age. After attending college in Estonia, Roland made his dream a reality: he moved to America.

Upon moving to the U.S., he started working professionally in the flooring business, initially with a commercial flooring business. Several years later he transitioned to residential, and then decided to start his own commercial and residential flooring business in the DC Metro region.

Roland is married to Elena, has two children (Kris and Noah), and a loving dog, Biggie. He and his family live in Gaithersburg, Maryland.
